Kenya's Loise Kim organises Charity Event

ANOTHER side to the religious and political life of Kenya recently in the news when Muslim militants killed 36 non-Muslims is demonstrated on the 14th December when Kenya's top gospel singer Loise Kim heads up an all-day Charity Event, to be held in Thika (north east of Nairobi). The event is to raise funds "to reach out to the needy, orphans, destitute and the sick." Loise, who has recorded eight albums, grew up in Kambu County where she later attended Muslim Girls Secondary School. Loise's most recent album, 'Queeni', was released in March by Africha Entertainment. CR
