A report of an increase of 42% at the Soul Survivor festival has been recorded

ATTENDENCE was up 42 per cent at this year's Soul Survivor festival, as 21,500 young people gathered from across the UK and abroad over the 15 days. The 2002 live recording from the conference is expected to be a big seller in UK bookshops, when it is released in October. The album includes a song written a week-or-so before the event by Tim Hughes. "Beautiful One", which proved to be the hit of the event. Survivor Records report that they have been inundated with requests for the song. The new album also features worship leaders Matt Redman, Martyn Layzell, David Gate, Heat and Phatfish. CR
