BIG BAND jazz renditions of Christmas songs are on offer on a CD/DVD package released by Elevation in September. 'Winter Wonderland' by Denver & The Mile High Orchestra was recorded live and features such oldies as "King Of Glory", "Little Drummer Boy" and "Jingle Bells". CR
