Scandinavian rockers Blindside to play UK concerts in January.

SWEDISH hard music band Blindside are to play a series of concerts in the UK in January. The band will be appearing in the Most Wanted! shows sponsored by Kerrang! magazine at Barfly venues across the country; in Cardiff (24th January), Liverpool (25th), Glasgow (26th), York (28th), Birmingham (29th) and London (30th).

In other developments the band's bassist Tomas Naslund fractured his skull six dates into the band's current US tour with Trapt and Aphasia. Naslund fell while skateboarding and has been undergoing tests in hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery and the band have enlisted Aphasia member Will Peng to deputise for Naslund. A band statement read, "It was very serious. Tomas has been in and out of hospital several times but we expect to have him back on stage very soon."  CR

I travelled from Mid Wales to see Blindside in Birmingham this weekend. Was it worth it?...of course it was!!!!!

Well done to them...they will be a fantastic asset for the kingdom, aiming at the unsaved rather than those already in Christ.
