Producer King Britt puts dance beat behind Sister Gertrude Morgan recordings.

PRODUCER of funk collective Sylk 130 and ex-Digibal Planets DJ, King Britt has turned ancient gospel recordings into dancefloor material. Brit has remixed the only tracks recorded by Sister Gertrude Morgan for an album 'King Brit Presents Sister Gertrude Morgan', released by Ropeadope Records. Sister Morgan spent 80 years spreading the Gospel through her folk art paintings. Ropeadope will be re-releasing the unadorned Sister Gertrude Morgan album in November.  CR
