IN AN EFFORT to improve their TV ratings, which were low in 1998, the Gospel Music Association (GMA) has moved the Dove Awards for 1999 outside of Gospel Music Week. The 30th Annual Dove Awards will take place on Wednesday, March 24th, at the Nashville Arena, separate from Gospel Music Week which will begin April 18th. CR
