Tooth & Nail to release Showbread's 'The Fear Of God'

GENRE-bending rock band Showbread have a new album, 'The Fear Of God', released through Tooth & Nail in August. Said guitarist Mike Jensen, "It is the purest form of Raw Rock. It's the best definition of Showbread." For the third time the band have reunited with acclaimed producer Sylvia Massy Shivy (Prince, Tool) and engineer Rich Veltrop (Phantom Planet, Slayer). Commented lead singer Josh Dies, "I think it's a kind of developed re-imagining of the sound on our first two albums. The energy and aggression from 'No Sir, Nihilism Is Not Practical' is there and the rock and roll foundation from 'Age Of Reptiles' is there. At the same time, it doesn't sound like either of those records." CR
