Rock rappers thebandwithnoname playings fests, jumping from aeroplanes

ROCK RAP evangelists thebandwithnoname, who since August last year have been a five-piece with the addition of guitarist James "Jimmy" Adams and drummer Tom Pearson, have a busy festival schedule this summer, being booked to play at Soul Survivor B and C, Detling, Creation Fest, Grapevine, Go Festival and Greenbelt.

In other news, Chip K, Straff, Leon and Jimmy will be training at an airfield in Lancashire on 21st August prior to a fund raising sky dive. The band members are aiming to raise £2,000 towards the work of their support ministry Innervation Trust.

The frontman of thebandwithnoname, Chip K, and his wife Helen have teamed up with the publishers of the Youth Bible to produce four Youth Bible Study Guides. These books, aimed at 12-18 year olds, cover peer pressure, image and self esteem, sexuality and following God. The books, first in a series of 12, are expected to be in the shops in mid-September 2009. CR
