Integrity Media founder Michael Coleman buys bas back the company.
TEN YEARS after making Integrity Media a publicly traded company, president and CEO Michael Coleman is buying back the company, returning it to private status. Coleman, who co-founded Integrity in 1987 and remains the principal stockholder, set up Kona Acquisition Corp for the purpose of purchasing the Mobile, Alabama-based worship music company.
Founded as a record and tape club, Integrity Media is now the parent company to Integrity Music, home to the 'Wow Worship' series, the 'iWorship' series and The Passion Of The Christ soundtrack.
