NGM director Ray Goudie creates musical feast dedicated to biblical character Esther

A NEW musical presentation being researched and written by NGM director Ray Goudie is currently taking shape. The project, Luv Esther, is based on the life of biblical character Esther. Bristol-based NGM are currently looking for male and female singers, MC/rappers, deejays, dancers, engineers and crew who will be touring with the production in local theatres and halls. Goudie is working with songwriters such as Cathy Burton, Chris Eaton, Neil Wilson, Graham Kendrick, Zarc Porter and Andy Hunter to produce 16 musical numbers. One of the aims of Luv Esther is to raise awareness of the AIDS pandemic in Southern Africa. Premier of the production will be in the autumn of 2004 when the show will begin its UK tour before going on tour in South Africa. An album of the songs will also be produced. Those interested in auditioning for the project should email info@ngm.org.uk. CR
