Gospel worship man Micah Stampley signs with Motown Gospel

AMERICA's Motown Gospel label have signed gospel worship man Micah Stampley. The Atlanta-based singer/songwriter came to national prominence in 2005 with his 'The Song Book Of Micah' album. Said Stampley, "I'm excited to be working with Ken Pennell, Larry Blackwell and the Motown Gospel family to take my ministry and career to the next level. It's great to be home with a new start, a new vision, a new passion and a new sound that I'm ready to share with the world." Stampley's yet-to-be-titled studio album is produced by award-winning producer Asaph "Alex" Ward (Kim Burrell, Dorinda Clark-Cole), and will feature guest appearances by Donnie McClurkin and Karen Clark-Sheard. The album will also feature a cover of the Chris Tomlin hit "Our God". CR
