Grace Music Group launched, releases Scott Brenner's 'Draw Near To Me'.

A NEW praise and worship label Grace Music Group has been formed in Washington DC, a few blocks from the White House. Steven Zarit, who was the COO of Vineyard Music from its inception until 1994, is the COO of the new label. Said Zarit, "Our goal will be to bring back some of the most anointed worship sounds of the early '80s with a new millennium flare to them. Carl Tuttle, one of the key figures in early Vineyard worship and composer of such songs as "Hosanna" and "O, Lord Have Mercy On Me", is Grace Music Group's A&R director.

Said Zarit, "Some of the projects that the label will be doing will come from former veteran Vineyard worship leaders such as producer and songwriter Tom Davis, who created the Touching The Father's Heart series for Vineyard Music. Tom produced over 50 projects for Vineyard Music during his tenure there. Tom has projects of anointed live worship that will be released through Grace Music." Scott Brenner, another former Vineyard worship leader, songwriter/producer, has the first project release for the new label with 'Draw Near To Me'. The album will be released in the UK by Everlasting Books & Music. CR
