American rock worship band Something Like Silas attracting critical acclaim.

ALTERNATIVE rock pioneers and members of The Choir, Steve Hindalong and Derri Daugherty are the producers of new American rock worship band Something Like Silas. The band, whose name was inspired by a passage in Acts (6:23-34), are already receiving considerable critical acclaim for their 'Divine Invitation' debut for Sparrow Records. Wrote Seven Ball magazine, "'Divine Invitation' is a breath of fresh air among an avalanche of stale worship acts. The five-piece band cut its teeth in front of a live audience, as it serves as the worship band at its local church.
