Spring Harvest launches Top 500 songbook

SPRING HARVEST has drawn on CCLI data to compile a top 500 songbook that reflects 'the songs the Church is singing.' Worship Today is the name of the songbook, which is being launched at this year's event in April and which will be available by mail order or from Christian bookshops from Easter.

Alan Johnson, Spring Harvest's CEO, explained the reason for launching the new book, "As part of our mission to equip the Church for action we recognised that an up to date compilation of the most popular hymns and songs would be of enormous value. We worked with data from CCLI's 18,000 church denominations and Christian traditions." CR
