EMI is set to release the new album 'Stanley Climbfall' by Lifehouse

LIFEHOUSE, the faith-influenced modern rock band that notched America's most-played general market radio track of 2001 ("Hanging By A Moment"), will have their hugely anticipated second album, 'Stanley Climbfall', distributed to Christian bookstores via EMI Christian Music Group's Sparrow Records. A mainstay on MTV and VH1, Lifehouse are clearly inspired by singer-songwriter-guitarist Jason Wade's background as the child of missionary parents. In fact, the three-piece act first started playing together as a praise and worship band for the Vineyard church in Malibu, California. The curiously titled 'Stanley Climbfall' (merged from the song "Stand, Climb, Fall") features lead single, "Spin," which is already gaining major airplay on American Christian radio. Thematically, Wade says the album was, "not written out of conflict - it's really positive." The band are set to play London's Dingwalls on 30th October. CR
