Christian Channel to operate 24 hours

BRITAIN'S pioneering Christian TV station The Christian Channel will commence 24-hour daily Christian broadcasting for Europe on 1st October. The Channel, which broadcasts from studios in Gateshead, has already enjoyed technical success this year with the setting up of a round-the-clock signal onto the Sirius satellite. Said The Christian Channel's founders Rory and Wendy Alex, "In this sight and sound world in which we now live, it will take a new breed of Christian television to attract the attention of a lost and sleeping Church." CR
