It’s always good to hear some British produced gospel music and here’s a new group for you to enjoy. Originally from Ghana but now living in the UK, this trio of siblings have been singing together for 10 years. They write their own material and arrange their own harmonies. Their music is definitely based around the group’s stunning vocals so the heart of this is acappella. And the vocals are stunning! Musically there are elements of gospel, pop and R&B but it’s all light with the emphasis on creating a warm easy sound. I can imagine the group going down really well in churches with their uncompromising message and clear talent. Songwriting is handled by youngest sibling Nadia Dadey who has penned moving songs like “White As Snow”, the title cut and the beautiful “Living Water”. There’s also a couple of covers thrown into the mix and given the distinctive 3D treatment. There’s something for everyone and this is a memorable debut that deserves to help establish them in the UK.
