Following a successful debut album, BPM's second offering of smoothness is on a jazz hop tip. Production is by Harry Krum of III Harmonics whose guitar rich, clean, punching style shines on through as do Nisha Krum's dreamy vocals. BPM has brought together an unusual and humorous cornucopia of samples and hooks from negro spirituals, jazz of various persuasions laced with plenty of funk. Top rhymin' and drivin' beats are often backed by a very satisfying bass g, making this extremely nourishing rapuisine. Cool cuts include the girational "Infinity" with its jazz remix and "Define" where the Krums get all acoustically harmonic on us.
