As much as this retro retard would like to say this four-song EP rocks, I couldn't help disliking the lead vocals. So, they smacked against the Ayr of magnificent musicianship (they're from that part of Scotland!) and let down the overall feel. Trying too hard to sound like a prog rocker, say Paul Rodgers of Free soon to be Queen, the lead vocalist is not distinctive enough to lift this from the rest. One for the band's staunchest supporters only.
