Oklahoma-based country gospel artist Bobbie writes songs that are based around personal tragedy and abuse in her life and a desire to share the Gospel with those who could best be described as forgotten such as people in prison or homeless shelters. In recent years she has had some radio success on Christian radio stations in the US though to be honest this album didn't really do much for me. It starts well enough with "Dare To Believe", a challenging song about daring to take God at his word, but quickly falls into an easily forgotten collection of similar sounding, middle of the road country songs with melodies indistinguishable from hundreds of others.

This guy has no idea what he is talking about. Bobbie's new album is straight from the heart and very fresh. I love the more upbeat style and I love knowing that this is an artist that is being her true self and more importantly to God.
