Compared by some to Taylor Swift, Nashville-based Cait has been playing and singing for God since she was given her first guitar at the age of 14. This five song set is her second outing and produced by Chris August and Jacob Schrodt, with some very slick arrangements and a good bunch of backing musicians (some excellent guitar work on "Loaded Gun"). Ms Plage's haunting voice soars with emotion and conveys a real sense of honesty as she tackles some of the issues that will connect with her listeners. Underlying it all, though, is a sense that God is in control and can bring his love to bear on any situation. The title track is particularly powerful with a clear evangelistic message. An impressive release.
