I've long been an admirer of Derek's ministry. From his years with the Reapers through to his established work in worship and music evangelism Derek has long been a tireless gospel journeyman. But his previous low-budget recordings hadn't prepared me for the excellence of this set. Producer Paul Burton has superbly caught Derek's fiery passion while encasing him in rich rock gospel accompaniments aided by some fine musos including Split Level's Adrian Thompson. Not that it's all slickly produced AOR, on other tracks Derek and his trusty acoustic are heard and here too the intensity is retained. Best songs are Derek's Spring Harvest opus "At The Foot Of The Cross" and the haunting "Cold Wind Blowing" (heard on last issue's Cross Rhythms Experience). A fine Jesus-centred album.

Hi Derek, long time no hear. Just browsing through and you came to mind... glad that you are still sharing the Lord. As for me? I can tell you that Gods grace is absolutely AMAZING!

Happy Christmas David. Please reply when you get this email. I have a wonderful story to tell you of you got me saved over 20 years ago and how I am about to launch a crusade ministry here in the USA. None of it would be happening you had not got me saved. Thank you.

So the legendary Bond is back on the road. Don't come anywhere near Swanley or I'll get my bass out again. Big hello to Jeannie.
