This four-track EP presents an infectious songwriter exploring hope through previous struggles. Vocally, there is a strong John Legend/Seal element to the songs, musically he explores his faith through a music landscape of pop and funk especially with the gospel-based "Inspiration". For me however, the outstanding song here is the title track, which displays hope as he sings "I would rather be nowhere else." This is a pleasant and inspiring listen which promises a strong future for this London-based artist. I look forward to hearing more.
