Ms Peoples has quietly been making a name for herself over the last few years on the gospel scene, and for this release her record company has compiled a sampler taken from her first three albums, with testimonies in the sleeve notes about how various folks have been touched by her music.  Said music is on the inspirational side, sometimes there’s a choir backing her up, and Dottie comes over very MOR, in rather Sandi Patty-esque style, the final track is a live version of “He’s An On Time God”, which is my favourite track, mainly because it’s a change from the slow stuff, the choir is there giving some solid support, and Dottie indulges in some good ol’ time church wrecking at the end.  However, with no track shorter than five and a half minutes, there’s a lot of listening to do to get there, unless you forget trax one to nine.  Well sung and well produced, but it drags a little for my taste.
