Julio and Al spin a very distinctive and intense East Coast style that's often sombre yet combining a dynamic spiritual warfare battle vibe (which is hardly surprising if you hang with the likes of Pettidee). This is hard hitting “take no prisoners” stuff where (unusually) obvious thought has gone into the variety and mix of atmospheric hooks and sensitive beats. "You" does it for me, a real “slap the Devil in the face” battle anthem that rides on mesmerising tribal beats, awesome! Overall this album is much of a muchness and sometimes gets a bit monotonous, however it is, considering the heavy style, often well crafted.
