Now, this is different. Wonderfully ambient with a rich diversity of world music sounds. Creativity at it's best. Jason Carter is an acclaimed contemporary Spanish guitarist who has performed with the likes of Nigel Kennedy. A masterly performer, he ranks among England's finest in this field. In this, his seventh album, he also explores rich textures, soundscapes of world music bringing together other instrumentalists such as Nick Beggs on his famed Chapman Stick. The end result is a truly amazing fusion of music with different cultural flavours - European and others - that range from classical guitar solos to jazz-oriented dance. Not only do the musicians see this as a musical journey through folk traditions of different countries but also as pilgrimage that mirrors their journey of salvation.
