Jurny is one of the many members of the prolific Tunnel Rats crew, based in LA. This is a serious, pull no punches, battle rap CD that takes no prisoners, especially when it comes to commercialised Christian rap. However, Jurny’s incessant dissin’ and bangin' on about the apparent shortcomings of other rappers really started to get my back up. If Jurny's goin' to be “the real rap writer” as he already proclaims to be, then he needs to develop stylistic depth and get a healthier direction to his rhymes. This CD does the Tunnel Rats reputation no favours and of the many albums I have heard ranks as one of the weakest!

Jurny Big is a great MC and forget the punks that dis him or his music. Critics like the one commenting on his album should keep their mouths shut. Guys like that are weak. Stay up on Jurny Big. He has guts.

This is definately a raw and rugged CD. However that is what has to happen when things are addressed. Also this album is jam-packed with similies, metaphors, and analogies. So there is definately no doubt about this album doesn't contain stylistic depth. Jurny is not a rapper that focuses on the how the croud responds to his raps, he is rapper that is not out to be a people pleaser, that is not what God has called. God calls soldiers, to speak whats right ( righteous ) no matter how pleasing it sounds.
