Knowdaverbs offers us a solo album with an overall phat East Coast driven, sample rich feel. However, solo's a bit of a misleading description as it stars a host of others, such as Surge playing a slippy bass, DJ Maj on cuts, GRITS, etc. Although there are a few weak tracks, a close listen is well worthwhile if you like the unusual (check out "Zombies"). Top tracks include "Phullon Empty" with slick salsa cuts and "Just The Facts Ma'am" featuring dynamic reggae beats and even some steel drums plus the ethereal "How Excellent". Looking forward to more of the good stuff.
