Six mixes are provided across two pieces of wax, each providing a variation on the theme: Gene Douglas provides spacey piano and strings; Lenny's dub offers futuristic operatics and organs; the Soulcamp remix is much more relaxed; and the vocal club mix gives a more traditional garage vibe. My favourite though, is Kiko's Jazzin' Flamingo mix. (Are you serious? Ed) The inspirational lyrics encourage those having various difficulties in life to "Reach for the sky, don't give up...turn yourself around, get back on solid ground." Metaphors abound, but the message is clear! There must be something to please all New York-style garage DJs and dancers in this package.
