In this age of grunge and indie it's still a delight to hear a pop-gospel team who specialise in vocal harmonies. I'm told that this recording - made in one day on a borrowed 8-track - isn't particularly of the '94-version MVM as they now have more instrumentalists, but Vicky Gambleton is clearly a pretty good singer, as demonstrated on "Live For You", Matt Hall and Mike Williams (the M's in MVM) weigh in with nice harmonies and there are some pretty, devotional songs (six of them plus a remix) on offer here. More grassroots talent.
