As long-in-the-tooth devotees of Michael Knott will know, Michael has been one of Christian rock's most beloved avant guardists and his numerous bands down the ye rs have attracted a cult following while never threatening to go overground. Now the controversial maverick returns. Personally, I'm not quite convinced. Although Knott is obviously a talented songwriter, I don't feel he is able to deliver in the vocal department although they are right at the forefront of the mix on the acoustic tracks, mainly due to the production. There are some well crafted songs on this album, which I recommend you hear the samples of at Michael Knott's site before you shell out your hard earned pounds. I'm not saying this is particularly bad, just that it's not particularly (in his own words) "groundbreaking". I'd say a fair offering. The decision is yours. Oh, there's a Bible Browser demo included, too.
