This sneaked out in the UK many months back though it's only regular listeners to Cross Rhythms radio who'll now be attesting to its quality (CR have given airplay to three songs, the punchy, pop rocker "Inside Out", the gutsy mid tempo "It's About Time", and the driving, hooky "Beautiful Surprise"). An expressive voice that belies newcomer Nate's pretty boy band looks, a tight as tight production from Greg Black with rock guitars well up in the mix and a winning way with lyrics ("You watch your exercise videos/While you down a bag of Oreos") all pull in the listener. This is top quality pop rock up there with the Steven Curtis Chapmans and the Newsboys (Nate has opened for the latter). Definitely one to investigate.
