Blasting rock, urm, sorry, that's ROCK!!! music at you with the velocity of a brick going through derelict building window, Norwich-based On Loan are here to tell the world that even in this land of pain and suffering, the Father loves everyone but to also remind us we are all "on loan". This would be fantastic, unfortunately 'Ché Sara Sara' comes across as a solo album that the lead guitarist from Spinal Tap would make. Wagamama simply cannot compete with the amount of noodle available here! Robert Green is undoubtedly a great guitarist but he avoids lyrical melody in a way Mark E Smith would be proud and the noodling is absolutely relentless. It seems to me that some band in Norwich is missing one FRUSTRATED lead guitarist.
