This is basically an easy listening instrumental worship album featuring Raul D'Oliveira on trumpet, playing your favourite worship songs. It is, however, extremely well produced with beautiful playing from the Kingsway gathered musicians (Les Moir, Neil Costello, Steve Thompson and co) and some lyrics added in, almost as backing, by a select vocal group. Raul's trumpet playing is more than competent (he has backed all the greats in contemporary secular music from Elton John to Wham!) but comes over best after the tune has been played and he is free to improvise. I was actually rather disappointed with the album. A lot of the tracks are laid back worshipful songs and became rather monotonous. I felt the most enjoyable tracks were his own compositions with a lively Latin accompaniment which momentarily set my feet tapping
