Well here's a first. An album by an American footballer; cornerback for the Atlanta Falcons, no less. Here, he's aided and abetted by Ill Harmonics and he does a pretty darn good job. From the summer groove of "Wind Still Blows" to the all out assault of "Rock With Me", Buchanan proves himself an accomplished rapper, and on "Fiend For Your Love", a fine vocalist, while Ill Harmonics and producer Blake Knight keep the arrangements original and accessible. I find it hard to listen to a lot of rap albums all the way through, but this one kept my attention right to the end - which is praise indeed.
