It’s been a long, long wait for British gospel’s much loved competition winners to get this album out, but here it is at last. Pride of place goes to the group’s stunning re-recording of the title track (which was heavily featured on CR radio when out on an independent EP) while elsewhere the sinuously funky “Since I Found You” with its delightfully deft harmonies, “Fire” with a rock guitar riff, “Crazy Faith” a sweet and soulful mid tempo glider and the jitteringly rhythmed “Everything” all bare repeated listening. Will it establish the London group on the international gospel scene? I’m not sure. But there’s no denying the exceptional vocal quality on offer here. Let’s hope it gets a major promotional push.
