Soon to be a much sought after group. While on tour in the summer of 1996, Raze shared the same bill as World Wide Message Tribe. Returning home the Tribe put the wheels in motion and now here's the first Raze offering produced by the Tribe's Zarc Porter. Their tracks are exciting, uplifting, dancematic, with "I Need Your Love" already getting US radio play and "Thank You" played heavily on UCB Cross Rhythms. With catchy raps and anthemic house rhythms I can actually visualise tracks from this group being played in secular music clubs. Pure raw energy pushing through the Word. All in all a good single and good news. Raze will have a full album released in the summer of '97. Can't wait.
