Another attempt to update the catalogue of the pioneering New Zealand couple, David and Dale Garratt whose worship songs made such an impact on the World Church in the 70's, these new versions, recorded by Joey Holder at the famed Muscle Scholes recording studio have a few good moments but on the whole are rather annonomous also it has to be said that All Heaven Declares isn't even a scripture in song composition.
