Released on dance music's most innovative independent label, and mixed and produced by the aptly named godfather of house Farley Jackmaster Funk, this record is already obtaining radio play - and with good reason. The vocals of Shannon Low are outstanding and Farley's production is outstanding as well. There are three mixes here - one with spoken and one with sung vocals - both of which are equally good. Lyrically, the subject is "going home to the Promised Land" and the vocal strength is just wonderful and truly passionate. One of the strongest vocals for a long time and an original and innovative beat to go with it. Highly recommended.
