This is Simeon And John's fourth recording and their experience shows. A beautiful, finely honed album full of their distinctive sound featuring flute, pan pipes and classical guitar. The music sweeps broadly on its calm and deliberate way - every note counts. Mostly the atmosphere is meditative but there are livelier moments, notably the South American influenced "Dansa Del Pobrito" (a catchy tune, my favourite!). All the music is written by Simeon except "El Condor Pasa" which makes a slightly unnecessary appearance. Everything is beautifully arranged by Simeon and the production is thoughtful and successful with a good mix throughout. The limpid lines of melody float evocatively through everything like a dream creating a unity of style even though each track is distinctive in feel and inspiration. The playing is so technically secure that you cannot help but relax into this album. Whenever I had it playing in the house visitors commented favourably and asked for details. "An upbeat accompaniment to life's journey" says the blurb and really you'd have a long way to go to find a nicer, more serene background to your day.

What relaxing, entertaining and calming music from these two talented Christians. Have just played it in the car on a filthy night from Rickmansworth to home and I cant believe the journey went so quickly. This is a must for music lovers, in fact, I've worn my 3 cd's out and am looking to replace them, how good is that! You must get it!
