A great new Subpop grunge, rock team from the Rhondda Valley, their sound wrestles in there somewhere between the Pixies and the Clash and jolly exciting it is too. Darryl Elson is a singer with attitude, and though the guitar-bass-drum sound is a little low on production dynamics (this is a zilch budget recording after all) this is still raw grassroots music well worth investigating.
