From the title 'Sunday Bible Toons', I was hoping to see a useful and enjoyable teaching resource for kids. Being a parent and having been a kids worker in the past, I know just how difficult keeping the interest of kids can be! Unfortunately when my kids heard this, interested was the last thing you would describe them as. I am sorry to have to say but this was embarrassingly cheesy, with the songs imitating Sesame Street in style, but with an unfortunate addition of nausea. If you have ever taken children to an amusement park and listened to one of those awful tracks playing on a loop in the background, you will understand what I mean. From the opening "Hosanna/I've Got The Joy" to "Praise Him" things stay pretty much the same all the way through, with the song words doing little to distract the listener. Maybe the DVD would be better. Er, no unfortunately not. The animation is very basic and didn't add anything to the package. Overall, I couldn't find any benefit to this as either a teaching resource or a fun music CD.
