This album goes a long way to show that there's another genre of Australian praise music apart from the Hillsongs gang; Pastor Tim (pronounce his surĀname 'Oo-louie-ray-wah') is music pastor in a (earn ministry with his father at the Living Hope Worship Centre in the Sydney suburb of Belmont, and whilst stylistically the music they make is similar in many ways to Hillsongs, (here's a definite gospel edge to things. The album was recorded at a Sunday night serĀvice at the church, Justo Almario lends his considerable talents, a tight band gives good support, the choir responds with enthusiasm and there's a good "live" atmosphere. Tim wrote or co-wrote every one of the 14 songs on the album, and whilst there isn't anything innovative, they are well crafted and sound theologically. Production is excellent, with a good clean sound, and the editing keeps the live feel by allowing tracks to flow into one another, so it's a seamless listen if you set your CD player to continuous play, and at 74 minutes playing time is mega-generous. I think that Tim and his pals could go places; give them a hand by sending for this.
