Like the Rimmer, I'm a big fan of this idiosyncratic group from Wales who are making some of the most original music in Christendom. The title track has a drum and bass groove and a distorted and deranged vocal from Choo which eats away resistance before Choo blows some sax, sounding like it was recorded in Blackwall Tunnell. "Brightness" has a full on pop hook and will surely soon be a featured track on Cross Rhythms radio while "Skippin'" has some wonderfully fluid programming from studio maestro Q and some jazz flute. Next year for Cross Rhythms festival we've got to get these guys into a big tent, they'll be sensational.
