This download EP by the two well respected Celtic singer/songwriters was released late last year and is "designed to be listened to during the build up to Christmas to help remind the listener of the true majesty and meaning of the season". Cross Rhythms' review may come a little late but the four atmospheric renditions of festive favourites here are so brilliantly executed that this project will remain worthy of investigation for many Christmases to come. Both Vivienne and Liz contribute two songs to project and each one is as delicate and perfectly formed as the last. Vivienne's achingly beautiful renditions of "O Come O Come Emmanuel" and "In The Bleak Mid Winter" are joined by Liz's sparse and elegant "We Three Kings" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen". Download yourself a copy for next Christmas, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic version of O Come, O Come Emmanuel by Darlington based Viv Neville. Worth buying this EP from I-tunes or Amazon for that track alone.

Relax into Christmas....
