Before we even get into the CD itself, I must comment on the wonderful artwork of the packaging - impressive! This rock worship band hail from Southampton and are another example of the good things that God seems to be doing on the English south coast. It starts off with the energetic "Everything" before moving on to more intimate, mellow songs including "I Always Long" and "I Want To Love". There are heartfelt lyrics lifting each of the songs and then there are rock guitars in some places and mellow melodic acoustic guitars at other times. On the plus side, in a day when so many artists are just doing cover versions of worship songs, it's refreshing to hear some new worship songs that are filled with honest pleas to God. On the minus side, musically the band sound really dated. This could have been recorded in 1991 or even earlier! Sound quality is muggy. Shame!
