Mass conversion in Texan prisons

THE NEW Jersey-based evangelistic Latin rock band Tony Loeffler And The Blue Angels undertook a number of concerts in Texas Prisons when over 1,400 inmates responded to an appeal to accept Christ. 60 per cent of them were new conversions. The seven prison programmes held between 14th and 17th March were the latest in a long line of evangelistic outreach to prisoners organised by Loeffler's The Solid Rock Evangelistic Association.
