Corine Baily Rae returns with fourth album

THE FOURTH album by mainstream star Corine Bailey Rae, 'Black Rainbows', has been released on CD and vinyl by Thirty Tigers Records. The 10 songs on the album are inspired by a visit Bailey Rae made to Chicago's Stony Island Arts Bank. Mojo magazine described the album's music as showing "extraordinary switches in style...morphing from bleepy electronica ('Earthlings') and futuristic R&B ('Black Rainbows') to churning grunge rock with distorted megaphone vocals ('Erasure')." The track Mojo described as "most impressive of all was 'Before The Throne Of The Invisible God', a stunning celestial soundscape." CR
