Scottish band the Electrics are to have debut release in US

Glasgow-based roots team the Electrics are to have their debut US release through Warner's 5 Minute Walk label. It will be a compilation of the best cuts from their first three CDs. The band fronted by Sammy Horner were recently very encouraged with offers of guitars and equipment after their gear was stolen. Says Horner, "We have been overwhelmed by people's kindness".
