Celtic music's Iona set to release 'The River Flows'

CELTIC FUSION band lona have started their own record label, Open Sky Records. The label will have distribution through Alliance Music (UK and Europe Christian outlets), Voiceprint (general market) and other overseas agents. The first release will be a four CD box set The River Flows: lona Anthology Vol 1', which will include the band's first three albums, which have been remixed and remastered, lona are in the studio recording and mixing the tracks "Jigs", "Castlerigg And Extended Reels" and "Hearthquake" to be included on the bonus disc within the box set. The set will also feature a detailed fully illustrated book and will retail at £35.00.

lona's vocalist Joanne Hogg has given birth to a baby boy named Isaac. Joanne hopes to rejoin the group to commence touring in May or June.
